Enjoying peace and tranquillity, with its own patio, there are splendid views nearby, and a footpath from Tregarrick leads, via a quiet lane, directly onto neighbouring farmland and the Moor.
Siblyback Lake is a few minutes away, where you can fish, windsurf, or just relax by the water's edge. It is a short drive to Liskeard, where leisure facilities are available, and the Eden Project can be reached in approximately 45 minutes.
An ideal base for touring the whole of Cornwall and its coastal scenery, together with Dartmoor and South Devon.
